You can return your order or part of it within 14 days from the date you received it. In this case, fill in the return form found inside the package. In case you can't find it, you can download it from here. The form details all the information you need to fill in to help us serve you better.
When returning your order or part of it you have three alternative options:
Product Replacement: in this case we can replace the product which may either be found to be defective (same code), or may have been sent to you or may have been selected in the wrong size for you. ("Replace" option on the Return Form).
Credit: in this case, the value of the product you returned is credited to the account you have in our online store so that it can be used in your future purchases. The credit will be made within three days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouses. ("Credit" option on the Return Form).
Refund: in this case to the bank account you will declare to us or to the credit card with which you made the payment within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product you returned to us. (select "Refund" on the Return Form)
*In case the replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you other alternatives.
You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with its packaging and confirming that the product's special markings have not been removed. (tabs, labels). In addition, you must include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting the return form. Return will be accepted only after company approval.
From the moment the product leaves you, GounadakisFarm.gr receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail how to process it. All returned products are subject to thorough quality control. Finally, it is noted that shipping costs in cases of product returns are borne by our customers.
